Production and Delivery times
At DWS Decals we use different production times for our products.
The production time means that we ship the product that day. After shipment you will receive a track & trace code via email.
The shipping time differs per country and can always take longer, especially during busy periods. Keep this in mind.
We use the longest delivery time for a combination of several products.

Decals, Number sets & Damaged parts
For the sticker sets we use a production time of 4-8 working days, after approval has been given on the design. When sticker sets have to be pasted, the production time is extended by 1-2 weeks.
Plastic sets
For plastic sets only, we use a production time of 2-5 working days, if available at our supplier.
CMT Carbon
For CMT Carbon we use a production time of 5-20 working days. Because all CMT Carbon parts are made by hand in the factory, delivery times may vary. Delivery times can also be longer during busy periods.
Seat covers
We use a production time of 5-12 working days for the seat covers, after approval has been given on the design.
Headlights & Qnium products
For the headlights we use a production time of 5-20 working days.
Environmental mats
We use a production time of 10-15 working days for the environmental mats, after approval has been given on the design.
Push bikes
Pushbikes come with sticker sets and for this we use a production time of 4-8 working days, after approval has been given on the design.
Gifts
For gifts we use a varying production time, depending on the type of gift chosen.
Footrests & brake tips
For the footrests and brake tips we have a delivery time of 5-15 working days, if available at our supplier.
