Which personal data does DWS Decals process?
In order to perform the agreement you enter into with us, we need the following personal data from you:

Name and address details
Your (company) name is stored because we prefer not to address you with your customer number. We need address, place and other contact details for sending orders and the note on invoices.

Email address
We store your e-mail address so that it is possible to send you messages related to the service or product that you purchase from us.

Phone number
We use your telephone number to contact you regarding the service or product that you purchase from us.

Other data that we process
We also collect personal data that is not intended for the performance of an agreement. We do this on the basis of a legitimate interest or with your consent. It concerns the following data:

Work-related personal data
If you apply for a job with us, we would of course like to know what you have to offer. We will delete your submitted data, such as CV, letter of application, portfolio or job application if you are not hired within four weeks. If we still want to contact you at a later time, we will first ask for your permission to keep your data longer.

Cookies
We place the following cookies:
• A session cookie, which allows us to track and ensure that completed forms actually arrive;

What do we process your personal data for?

If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been changed at the e-mail address known to us.

Right to limit processing
You always have the right to limit the data that we process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to it. You can make a request to this effect to our privacy contact at info@dwsdecals.com. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to transferability
You always have the right to have the data that we process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to it, be carried out by another party. You can make a request to this effect to our privacy contact at info@dwsdecals.com.

You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on the e-mail address known to us. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.

Right of objection and other rights
