How do I order a custom sticker set?

If you order a sticker set in the webshop, you can also pass on all your wishes there.

If you want to add your own logos or send your ideas, you can email them to design@dwsdecals.com with your order number as subject. Please send everything in one email. If the attachments get too big, it's best to use the free version of WeTransfer use, to send everything in 1x.

Can I get my own logo on the decal sets or other products?

Do you have a sponsor or your own company? And do you want that logo on your sticker set or one of our other products? Send us an e-mail with your logo in one of the following formats: .eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf (vector file) and include your order number as subject.

CAUTION!
.jpg, .png. and other bitmap formats are not supported.

If you don't have the correct file formats, it's best to ask the companies in question to get them from their advertising agency or the creator of the logo.

CAUTION!
If you are going to use logos of companies that do not directly sponsor you, then the use of them is your own responsibility.

Can I change colors?
It is possible to change the colors of your design, provided that the design is technically realistic.
I have placed an order, what happens next?

For custom products, you will first receive a sample for verification. This happens on average within 5 working days. Then it is prepared according to the specified production time. More information about this can be found on the page with delivery times.

I'm not receiving emails from DWS Decals, what now?

If you do not receive an e-mail from us after an online order with DWS Decals, it may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check this.

Can't find anything there either? Please contact us at info@dwsdecals.com, so that we can inform you!

I have suffered damage, what now?

If you have suffered damage and you have to redo small parts, that is possible. You can order these parts in the product category damaged parts on our website.

Can I get my money back?

Not satisfied with an order? Take contact contact us, then we will discuss the options for this together and possibly refund the purchase amount.

Custom products are non-refundable. If there is an error (made by us), we will correct this error and send you a new one.

What is the delivery time of my order?

We use different delivery times for our products. An overview of the delivery times for your ordered product can be found on the page with delivery times.
