How do I order a custom decal set?

If you order a sticker set in the web shop, you can also specify all your wishes right there.

If you would like to add your own logos or forward your ideas, please email them to ontwerp@dwsdecals.com with your order number as the subject. Please send everything in one email. If the attachments become too large, please use the free version of WeTransfer use, to send everything in 1x.

Can I get my own logo on the sticker sets or other products?

Do you have a sponsor or your own business? And would you like that logo on your sticker set or one of our other products? Send us an e-mail with your logo in one of the following formats: .eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf (vector file) and include your order number as the subject line.

CAUTION!
.jpg, .png. and other bitmap formats are not supported.

If you do not have the correct file formats, it is best to ask the companies in question to request them from their advertising agency or the creator of the logo.

CAUTION!
If you are going to use logos of companies that do not directly sponsor you, their use is your own responsibility.

Can I change colors?
It is possible to change the colors of your design, provided the design is technically realistic.
I placed an order, how does it proceed?

For custom products, you will first receive a sample copy for verification. This happens on average within 5 working days. Then it is prepared according to the specified production time. More information can be found on the delivery times page.

I am not receiving emails from DWS Decals, now what?

If you do not receive an e-mail from us after ordering online from DWS Decals, it may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check this.

Can't find anything there either? If so, please contact us at info@dwsdecals.com, so we can inform you!

I caused damage, now what?

If you have sustained damage and need to redo small parts, this is possible. You can order these parts in the product category damaged parts on our website.

Can I get my money back?

Not satisfied with an order? Visit contact with us, and together we will discuss options for this and refund your purchase price, if necessary.

Custom made products are not refundable. If there is an error (made by us), we will fix the error and send you a new one.

What is the delivery time of my order?

We have different delivery times for our products. An overview of the delivery times for your ordered product can be found on the delivery times.
